The service was excellent, including an easy check-in. Units with sleeper sofa. The breakfast had plenty of great food and drinks. The staff were well experienced and efficient in case of questions. Enjoyed this relaxing hotel with amazingly friendly staff in service and personality. Neat and well stocked room, besides I had a decent view of downtown. The property location was great and incredible in “ Uptown ” Charlotte. Again, Duke Energy Headquarters was located 900 feet of the venue.

Marvellous and unbeatable location in walking distance to everything downtown, pretty nice facilities. Based really close to Charlotte for a Panthers game as well as restaurants, shops, and museums. A great selection of food available in the lounge area.

Spacious room with a kitchen, so much extra room! The location here is super convenient, right by the Spectrum Center, bars, and yummy restaurants 🍔 Also, it’s really close to the airport, which is a big bonus!

The rooms with a view of the football stadium. Particularly good and magnificent location next to entertainment, many restaurants, and the park across the street. Only 5 minutes walk from Nascar Hall of Fame. Also, close to BOA stadium.

As a tourist, I loved the spacious and clean rooms with a nice view. The front desk receptionist was amazing and accommodated my early check-in request. The staff went above and beyond by providing a tablecloth for our event. The complimentary hot breakfast was fantastic. The location was perfect, with great views and close proximity to sports stadiums. I highly recommend this hotel for business and personal travel, as well as kids' parties and weekend getaways.

The staff made me feel like I was visiting family, going out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
